The present invention discloses a plant cultivation box, which comprises a box, a temperature sensing unit, a humidity sensing unit, an environment adjustment unit, a light source unit, a database unit, an input unit and a control unit. The box is provided for a user to accommodate a cultivating plant. When using the input unit to input a cultivating request signal, the control unit may receive the cultivating request signal and retrieve a growing requirement data corresponding to the cultivating plant from the database unit. The control unit selectively activates the light source unit according to the growing requirement data and controls the light color emitted by the light source unit and the illumination time.
