The present invention relates to a method for preparing an aloe vera gel which is prepared by adding flower and root extracts to an aloe vera gel, comprising: a first step of washing and selecting an aloe vera leaf of at least 5 year old； a second step of removing and grinding a rind and aloin of the aloe vera leaf to obtain an aloe vera gel； a third step of preparing aloe flower and root extracts； and a fourth step of preparing an aloe gel. In the third step, The aloe flower extract is obtained by a hot water extract method of adding water of 10 times the weight of an aloe flower and stirring the same at 100 to 110°C for one hour, and the aloe root extract is obtained by a hot water extract method of adding water of 10 times the weight of an aloe root and stirring the same at 100 to 110°C for one to two hours. In the fourth step, the aloe gel is prepared in a ratio of 3 parts by weight of the aloe flower extract and 2 parts by weight of the aloe root extract with respect to 95 parts by weight of the aloe vera gel. The aloe flower and the aloe root are used in one of aloe vera, aloe arborescens, and aloe saponaria.본 발명은 알로에 베라 겔에 꽃과 뿌리 추출물을 추가하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알로에 베라 겔의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 5년 이상 자란 알로에베라 잎을 세척 및 선별하는 제 1단계와, 상기 알로에베라 잎의 껍질과 알로인을 제거하고 분쇄하여 알로에베라 겔을 얻는 제 2단계와, 알로에 꽃과 알로에 뿌리의 추출물을 제조하는 제 3단계와, 알로에 겔을 제조하는 제 4단계로 구성되며, 상기 제 3단계에서 상기 알로에 꽃 추출물은 상기 알로에 꽃 중량의 10배의 물을 가하여 100 내지 110℃에서 1시간 동안 교반하면서 열수추출방법을 통해 얻고, 상기 알로에 뿌리 추출물은 상기 알로에 뿌리 중량의 10배의 물을 가하여 100 내지 110℃에서 1 내지 2시간 동안 교반하면서 열수추출방법을 통해 얻으며, 상기 제 4단계에서 상기 알로에베라 겔 95 중량부에 대하여 알로에 꽃 추출물 3 중량부, 알로에 뿌리 추출물 2 중량부의 비율로 알로에 겔을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 알로에 꽃과 상기 알로에 뿌리는 알로에베라, 알로에 아보레센스, 알로에 사포나리아 중 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
