PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid molecule for suppressing the expression of TGF-β1 gene, a composition containing the nucleic acid molecule, and uses thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention provides to a single-stranded nucleic acid molecule that suppresses the expression of the TGF-β1 gene. The single-stranded nucleic acid molecule consists of region X, linker region Lx, and region Xc. The region Lx has a non-nucleotide structure containing at least one of a pyrrolidine skeleton and a piperidine skeleton.
