The present invention relates to a cooling/heating mat for a dog. According to the present invention, the cooling/heating mat for a dog using an insulation material may provide a cooling function in summer and a heating function in winter at the same time in one mat. Moreover, the mat provides cold/hot air to a dog for a long time without an operation of a separate air conditioning apparatus, thus energy expenses required for additional air conditioning are reduced, and a dog is fundamentally protected from an electric shock which may occur from the use of an electric mat in winter. The cooling/heating mat (1) for a dog comprises: a lower body (3) having a lower insulation material (2) capable of maintaining cold/hot air for a long time attached thereto a rectangular marble tile (5) placed on and coupled to the lower body (3) and having an upper insulation material (4) capable of partly discharging the cold/hot air attached thereto and an ice pack (9) (or a hot pack (10)) placed on and coupled to an inner insulation surface (7) of the lower body (3). When the ice pack (9) (or hot pack (10)) is placed under a mat surface (8), the surface temperature of the mat surface (8) of the marble tile (5) is maintained at an optimal dog relaxation temperature for a long time without operation of an individual air conditioning apparatus.
