In addition, according to the present invention, an appropriate amount of soil is separately provided, and the provided soil is used to cover the seed germination plate. The present invention promotes the growth of plants and functions as a humidifier since an appropriate amount of moisture can be naturally supplied by the moisture absorber with the molding structure and the seed germination plate, and can be used as a fish tank when the lower water case is formed of transparent glass or transparent plastics.
