An apparatus including a blower configured to provide a supply of breathing gas, and a delivery tube configured to deliver the supply of breathing gas to a user breathing interface. The delivery tube has an inside diameter of about 15 mm or less. The apparatus also including a control system configured to provide a control signal to the blower for controlling a pressure of the supply of breathing gas to between about 1 cm H2O to about 6 cm H2O at the user breathing interface.
