PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidative hair dye agent composition that not only prevents uneven dyeing and hair damages but also exhibits enhanced dyeability and operability, and moreover is suppressed in disagreeable odors when the oxidative hair dye agent is prepared by mixing and is used.
SOLUTION: The oxidative hair dye agent composition comprises a component (A): at least one quaternary ammonium salt represented by a specific chemical formula and a component (B): at least one 12C or higher fatty acid.
