PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an input device each capable of reducing input operation in ultrasonic diagnosis.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a first input part 71 inputting first operation information corresponding to a rotational direction and a rotation amount of a first operation unit 711 in response to the rotation operation of the first operation unit 711 a second input part 72 inputting second operation information corresponding to a press-down position of a second operation unit 721 in response to the pressing operation of the second operation unit 721 and a third input part 73 inputting third operation information corresponding to a turning direction and a turning amount of a third operation unit 731 in response to the turning operation of the third operation unit 731.
