The present invention relates to an intravenous liquid injection device with a corrugated pump structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the intravenous liquid injection device includes: a support which has an open upper end and has a rod unit with a protruding structure on the inner space unit； corrugated pipes which are mounted on the inner space unit of the support, store the rod unit while having at least one part of the lower end open, and have corrugated bodies which shrink when being pressed, and have a liquid storage space therein； and a tube which is in the shape of a cylinder or in a streamlined shape with an open lower end to be coupled to the upper inlet of the corrugated pipe, and has a liquid spray hole formed on the upper end to discharge the liquid stored in the liquid storage space of the corrugated pipe when being pressed through the liquid spray hole.
