According to an embodiment of the present invention, the facial mask includes: an image unit including an image initiating member having multiple fine holes formed thereon and an image provided on the front surface thereof a gel cosmetic unit which is made of cosmetic or pharmaceutical ingredients in a gel form, has the front surface coupled to the back surface of the image initiating member, and partially inserts the cosmetic or pharmaceutical ingredients into the fine holes.
