The invention relates to a device for lubricating a dynamic instrument holder said PID (300), remarkable in that it comprises a disposable lubrication set including: - a reservoir (100) containing a pre-dosed amount of lubricant, amount corresponding to the amount required to lubricate a single PID (300), - a preformed tubular tip (200) of a hollow communication core (230) and comprising two ends, the first end (210) of said nozzle (200) being attached to an open end of said PID (300) so as to allow the passage of the lubricant to the PID (300), the reservoir (100) being connected to the second end (220). The invention also relates to a method for lubricating PIDs. Application: lubrication of PID surgical utensils. Figure to be published with the abstract: Fig. 7 L’invention concerne un dispositif de lubrification d’un porte-instrument dynamique dit PID (300), remarquable en ce qu’il comprend un set de lubrification à usage unique incluant : - un réservoir (100) contenant une quantité pré-dosée de lubrifiant, quantité correspondant à la quantité nécessaire à la lubrification d’un seul PID (300), - un embout (200) tubulaire préformé d’une âme creuse de communication (230) et comprenant deux extrémités, la première extrémité (210) dudit embout (200) venant se fixer à une extrémité ouverte dudit PID (300) de façon à autoriser le passage du lubrifiant vers le PID (300), le réservoir (100) étant lié à la deuxième extrémité (220).
