PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for an oxygen concentrator, which is not needed to send an oxygen concentrator to a store or a maintenance factory so as to replace an adsorbent.SOLUTION: At one end portion of a cartridge 3, there are disposed a passage changeover device connecting vent hole 21a for connecting one end portion of each adsorption cylinder 21 to a passage changeover device and an oxygen concentrated gas discharging vent hole 22a for discharging the oxygen concentrated gas from the other end portion of each adsorption cylinder. The cartridge is attached to the body of an oxygen concentrator by pushing the cartridge, so that the cartridge engages with cartridge-side vent holes, i.e., a passage changeover device connecting vent hole and an oxygen concentrated gas discharging vent hole engage with corresponding body side vent holes 36 and 37. The cartridge is removed when pulled, so that the cartridge side vent hole departs from the body side vent hole.
