PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device which is capable of being moved, elevated and lowered in the state of having a person with difficulty in walking be seated in a seat, and is in a simple structure.SOLUTION: The transfer device A in a simple structure includes: a horizontal frame body 1 where wheels 11 and 12 are disposed a vertical frame body 2 having columnar materials erected from right and left ends of a bottom board a lower side cylindrical body whose lower end is fixed to the bottom board an upper side cylindrical body internally fitted to the lower side cylindrical body bellows disposed inside the upper side cylindrical body and the lower side cylindrical body a box body 6 with a sliding body disposed on right and left side plates a chair member 7 connected to the box body 6 and an air supply/discharge path for which a high pressure air tank 81 and an air supply/discharge port are connected by an air hose with a pressure reduction valve and a three-way valve installed in the middle.
