PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently perform combination of physical vibration stimulation means by a vibration unit, and electric stimulation means by electric stimulation.SOLUTION: A vibration unit attached to a body through a belt member comprises a vibration source for vibrating whole vibration unit, and applying impact-like vibration to a target muscle of a body, in a case of the vibration unit, the vibration unit has an electrode part which contacts a skin for electrifying the target muscle of the body, and a control part controls a drive motor forming the vibration source and a muscle stimulation drive part which is connected to the electrode part, respectively, in a weight-reducing exercise appliance.
