SUB-CUTANEOUS PRINCIPLE RELEASE IMPLANTS IN A LONG TIME PERIOD. The present invention relates to extruded subcutaneous implants comprising (1) microparticles containing an active ingredient dispersed in a PLGA matrix and optionally microparticles (2) consisting of the same active ingredient or (2) a different active ingredient, preferably of the same category as that contained in (1), all said microparticles (1) being dispersed in a PLGA matrix (3) which has a glass transition temperature lower than that of the PLGA contained in (1).IMPLANTES SUBCUTÂNEOS DE LIBERAÇçO DE PRINCÍPIO ATIVO EM UM PROLONGADO PERÍODO DE TEMPO. A presente invenção se refere a implantes subcutâneos obtidos mediante extrusão, compreendendo (1) micropartículas contendo um ingrediente ativo disperso em uma matriz de PLGA e, opcionalmente, micropartículas (2) consistindo do mesmo ingrediente ativo ou (2) de um diferente ingrediente ativo, preferivelmente, da mesma categoria que aquele contido em (1), todas as ditas micropartículas (1) sendo dispersas em uma matriz de PLGA (3), a qual apresenta uma temperatura de transição vítrea inferior aquela do PLGA contido em (1).
