A dispenser with a housing, a plunger, and an activation mechanism coupled to the plunger. The housing defines a reservoir configured to retain a liquid and a dispensing orifice in fluid communication with the reservoir. The activation mechanism is configured to be moved by a user, and movement of the activation mechanism in a first direction causes the plunger to move toward the dispensing orifice.
