PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which notifies the display part of a nurse call master unit of visiting of a visitor when the visitor approaches near a medical ward and restricts listening and speech only when there is the visitor in the medical ward.SOLUTION: When a radio signal from a transmitter which is carried by the visitor and in which the ID of a care-receiver is stored is received by a receiver, a passage light is provided with a passage light CPU for generating a visitor notification signal, transmitting it to the nurse call master unit, generating a speech restriction signal for restricting a speech path to a nurse call slave unit and transmitting the speech restriction signal to a controller, the nurse call master unit is provided with a master unit CPU for detecting a visitor signal generated by the passage light CPU, controlling a display device and/or a master unit speaker to notify visit to the medical ward by the visitor and the controller is provided with a controller CPU for detecting a speech restriction signal from the passage light CPU and restricting a telephone call receiving signal from the nurse call slave unit to the nurse call master unit.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】外来者が病室の近傍に接近すると、外来者が来訪したことをナースコール親機の表示部に通知するとともに、病室内に外来者がいる時のみ聴取や通話を制限するナースコールシステムを提供する。【解決手段】外来者により携行され被介護者のIDが蓄積された発信装置からの無線信号を受信装置で検出した時に、廊下灯は来客通知信号を生成してナースコール親機に送出するとともにナースコール子機への通話路制限するための通話制限信号を生成して制御機に送出するための廊下灯CPUを備え、ナースコール親機は廊下灯CPUにて生成される来客信号を検出して表示装置及び/又は親機スピーカを制御して外来者による病室への来訪を報知するための親機CPUを備え、制御機は廊下灯CPUからの通話制限信号を検出しナースコール子機からナースコール親機への受話信号を制限するための制御機CPUを備えている。【選択図】図1
