PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece type snore or sleep apnea prevention implement which can suppress the occurrence of snoring and prevent the occurrence of sleep apnea syndrome by preventing the tongue base of a user from sinking to the upper airway side before he/she snores during sleep, and which can be put on him/her in the state of fitting the shape of the upper and lower jaws.SOLUTION: A mouthpiece type snore or sleep apnea prevention implement includes: an outer wall 2 and an inner wall 3, between which a partition plate is provided horizontally and an upper side recess part 5A and a lower side recess part 5B. They are arranged so as to be formed in an H-shape in the longitudinal section, and so as to be curved in the cross-section. The upper side recess part 5A serves as an upper jaw dentition inserting/attaching part 7A, and the lower side recess part 5B serves as a lower jaw dentition inserting/attaching part 7B. A tongue pressing piece 9 for pressing the upper surface of the tongue of a user is formed horizontally in the inside middle part of the curved inner wall 3. All the parts of the mouthpiece type snore or sleep apnea prevention implement are made from elastic nonrigid plastic, and are integrated into one unit.
