The present invention relates to a fish separation machine for a sea cucumber and abalone forming plate, comprising a first jet tube, a second jet tube, a support frame, and a guide member. The first jet tube includes a nozzle portion through which water is jetted toward one surface of a farming plate, and is supported by the support frame to be able to rotate so as to adjust the water jet angle. The second jet tube is disposed to face the first jet tube at a predetermined interval, includes a nozzle portion through which water is jetted toward the other surface of the farming plate, and is supported by the support frame to be able to rotate so as to adjust the water jet angle. The support frame is installed at an installation place to support the first jet tube and the second jet tube. The guide member is installed between the first jet tube and the second jet tube, and supports the farming plate to prevent the falling of the farming plate while guiding the farming plate. According to the above constitution, sea cucumbers and abalones attached to both sides of the farming plate (feed plate) can be easily and efficiently separated from the farming plate, so that the time for separation is less and the amount of hard work is reduced.본 발명은 제1분사판과, 제2분사관과, 지지프레임과, 가이드 부재를 포함하는 해삼 및 전복 양식판용 어류 분리장치에 관한 것이다.제1분사관은 양식판의 일측면을 향해 물이 분사되는 노즐부를 구비하며, 물의 분사각도를 조절하도록 회동가능하게 지지프레임에 지지된다. 제2분사관은 제1분사관과 마주보고 간격을 두고 배치되며 양식판의 타측면을 향해 물이 분사되는 노즐부를 구비하며, 물의 분사각도를 조절하도록 회동가능하게 지지프레임에 지지된다. 지지프레임은 제1분사관과 제2분사관을 지지하며 설치장소에 설치된다. 가이드 부재는 제1분사관과 제2분사관 사이에 설치되어 양식판을 안내하는 한편 하측으로 빠지지 않게 받친다.이러한 구성에 의하면, 양식판(파판)의 양측에 부착된 해삼 또는 전복을 용이하게 효율적으로 분리할 수 있으므로 분리시간이 적게 걸리고 힘든 작업이 줄어지게 되는 효과가 있다.
