PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tourniquet instrument capable of expanding an expansion part by a simple operation without using a dedicated instrument as a separate body from the tourniquet instrument.SOLUTION: A tourniquet instrument 10 includes: a belt body 20 that is wound around a puncture site P of a wrist W fixing means 30 for fixing with the belt body wound around the wrist an expansion part 40 for compressing the puncture site P and an operation part 60 for controlling deformation of the expansion part. The expansion part includes an expandable elastic member 41, and a deformation member 43 disposed in an inner cavity 41a of the elastic member in an elastically deformable state. The operation part includes a lock part 62 for stopping the elastic deformation of the deformation member.
