PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-permeable sheet suitable for use as a liquid-permeable surface sheet for a body fluid absorbent wearing article.SOLUTION: On one surface 58 of both surfaces 57 and 58 of a liquid-permeable sheet 11, ridge parts 61 and trough parts 62 extending in parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction A are formed so as to be arranged alternately in a lateral direction B. On the one surface 58, compressed parts 70 are also formed on at least the ridge parts 61.
