PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope adapter capable of easily bringing a distal end of an endoscope closer to an observation site and a treatment site in a body cavity.SOLUTION: An endoscope adapter 20 for an endoscope 1 includes an insertion section 9 having, in order from the distal end side, a distal end hard part 6, a bending part 7, and a flexible tube part 8.
