A cardiac valve implantation instrument with an anchoring device comprises a cardiac valve prosthesis (1), at least two sets of anchoring needles (2) and at least two sets of anchoring needle releasing devices (3). The near ends of the anchoring needles (2) are provided with anti-falling ends (23). The anchoring needle releasing devices (3) are detachably connected to the cardiac valve prosthesis (1). The anchoring needle releasing devices (3) comprise conveying pipes (31) and push rods (32). The far end parts of the anchoring needle releasing devices (3) are in preset shapes, so that the far end parts (3112, 3122) of the conveying pipes (31) can be wholly bent or partially bent. The bendable parts of the conveying pipes (31) are bent sections (31121, 31221), the farthest ends of the conveying pipes (31) are provided with rigid sections, and the length from the farthest ends of the conveying pipes (31) to the nearest ends of the bent sections (31121, 31221) is larger than or equal to 1/6 of the circumference of a circle formed by the minimum radius of the autogenous valve tissue-ring of a patient. The anchoring needles (2) are pre-mounted into the far end parts (3112, 3122) of the conveying pipes (31) and are located at the far ends of the push rods (32).
