A mite control bait-preparation containing, as an active ingredient, (E)-N1-[(6-chloro-3-pyridyl)methyl]-N2-cyano-N1-methylacetamidine, N,N -[thiobis[(methylimino)carbonyloxy]]bis[ethaneimidethioic acid methyl ester], 2-(p-tert-butylphenoxy)cyclohexyl-2-propynyl sulfite, trans-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-N-cyclohexyl-4-methyl-2-oxothiazolidine-3-carboxamide, or the like, and a method for controlling mites are provided.
