PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monoclonal antibody useful as an antitumor agent which has no irritation, such as conventional anti-CD40 monoclonal antibodies, and also has more excellent ADCC activity.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an antihuman CD40 monoclonal antibody which does not have growth inhibition activity to a human CD40 antigen expression cell under the absence of effector cells, and specifically binds to the epitope containing amino acid residues at position number 62-77 or 105-145 in a human CD40 amino acid sequence； or an antigen-binding fragment thereof.【課題】従来の抗CD40モノクローナル抗体のような刺激性がなく、さらにより優れたADCC活性を有する、抗腫瘍剤として有用なモノクローナル抗体の提供。【解決手段】ヒトCD40抗原発現細胞に対してエフェクター細胞非存在下で増殖抑制活性を有さず、ヒトCD40アミノ酸配列のアミノ酸残基62-77番目又は105-145番目を含むエピトープに特異的に結合する抗ヒトCD40モノクローナル抗体又はその抗原結合フラグメント。【選択図】なし
