PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful means for practical application of a magnetic organic compound as a pharmaceutical product.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a magnetic polymer micelle comprising: at least one block copolymer comprising a heat sensitive polymer segment and a pH sensitive polymer segment and at least one magnetic organic compound. The magnetic polymer micelle of the present invention does not require a toxic solvent and can be produced in a simple process under mild reaction conditions. The magnetic polymer micelle of the present invention has an extremely high filling rate of a drug (magnetic organic compound) as compared with conventional drug-encapsulated micelles and liposomes, and can encapsulate a magnetic organic compound with a packing ratio of 30% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】磁性有機化合物を医薬品として実用化するために有用な手段を提供すること。【解決手段】熱感受性ポリマーセグメント及びpH感受性ポリマーセグメントを含む少なくとも1種のブロック共重合体と、少なくとも1種の磁性有機化合物とを含む、磁性高分子ミセルを提供した。本発明の磁性高分子ミセルは、有毒な溶媒を必要とせず、穏やかな反応条件で、シンプルな工程で製造することができる。本発明の磁性高分子ミセルは従来の薬剤内包ミセルやリポソームと比べて薬剤(磁性有機化合物)の充填率が非常に高く、30%以上の充填率で磁性有機化合物を内包できる。【選択図】図1
