PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint detecting sheet which makes a latent fingerprint fluorescent easily and expressly without bringing a liquid into contact with a specimen and is suitable especially for making a cyanoacrylate fingerprint fluorescent, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: This invention introduces the fingerprint detecting sheet equipped with a sheet body and a fluorescent dye contained in the sheet body. Dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde or dimethylaminobenzaldehyde is preferably used as the fluorescent dye. Preferably, the sheet body contains the fluorescent dye of 0.01 mg/cm2 or more and 1 mg/cm2 or less. The sheet made of a fabric is used as the sheet body. A paper material is preferred as the sheet made of the fabric. Preferably, the paper material has a basis weight of 50 g/m2 or more and 200 g/m2 or less and the density of 0.3 g/cm3 or more and 1.2 g/cm3 or less. The fingerprint detecting sheet is used for detecting the cyanoacrylate fingerprint.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】検体に液体を接触させることなく、容易かつ明確に潜在指紋の蛍光化が可能であり、特にシアノアクリレート指紋の蛍光化に好適な指紋検出シート及びその製造方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、シート本体と、このシート本体に含有する蛍光色素とを備える指紋検出シートである。上記蛍光色素としてはジメチルアミノシンナムアルデヒド又はジメチルアミノベンズアルデヒドが好ましい。蛍光色素のシート本体への含有量としては0.01mg/cm2以上1mg/cm2以下が好ましい。上記シート本体として繊維製シートを用いるとよい。上記繊維製シートとしては紙素材が好ましい。上記紙素材の坪量としては50g/m2以上200g/m2以下、上記紙素材の密度としては0.3g/cm3以上1.2g/cm3以下が好ましい。当該指紋検出シートはシアノアクリレート指紋の検出に用いるとよい。【選択図】図1
