Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Formgebung von Lebensmitteln.Um eine Vorrichtung zur Formgebung von Lebensmitteln zu schaffen, die neuartige Formgebungen ermöglicht, wird im Rahmen der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß ein erstes Schneidwerkzeug mit einer ersten Schnittkontur vorgesehen ist und ein zweites Schneidwerkzeug mit einer zweiten Schnittkontur vorgesehen ist und daß Mittel zum Führen des zweiten Schneidwerkzeuges relativ zu dem ersten Schneidwerkzeug und innerhalb der ersten Schnittkontur vorgesehen sind.Hierdurch wird es möglich, neue Formgebungen bei Lebensmitteln zu schaffen. Dies kann beispielsweise eine Ringform sein, wobei mit dem ersten Schneidwerkzeug der Außenring und mit dem zweiten Schneidwerkzeug, das einen kleineren Querschnitt als das erste Schneidwerkzeug aufweist, der Innenring geschnitten wird. Da das zweite Schneidwerkzeug relativ zu dem ersten Schneidwerkzeug geführt ist, wird ein gleichbleibendes Ergebnis der Formgebung erzielt.The invention relates to a device for shaping food.
