An electrode E3 and an electrode E4 are disposed with a distance D34 in-between between the electrode E1 and the electrode E2. A motion control part 44 switches the mode to a first measuring mode for distributing the measuring current I between the electrode E1 and the electrode E2 and detecting measuring voltage V between the electrode E3 and the electrode E4, or to a second measuring mode for distributing the measuring current 1 between the electrode E3 and the electrode E4 and detecting the measuring voltage V between the electrode E1 and the electrode E2.
