PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information distribution system, a control method and a program that enable medical information to be pre-fetched and distributed to a portable terminal so as to improve a medical treatment efficiency.SOLUTION: When requesting a distribution server 12 to distribute medical information, a portable terminal 11 transmits a patient ID, and a distribution start request including an appointment category such as a medical treatment, a medical inspection or like. The distribution server 12 acquires a medical image, an electronic medical chart, a similar medical case image and a plurality of pieces of medical information such as appointment information on the medical treatment and the medical inspection and the like on the basis of the patient ID or the appointment category. The distribution server 12 determines distribution order on the basis of a preliminarily set degree of priority of the medical information, and distributes the medical information one by one to the portable terminal 11 in the determined distribution order, every time the distribution of the medical information is requested from the portable terminal 11. When the medical information distributed from the distribution server 12 is displayed on a touch panel 40, the portable terminal 11 requests the distribution server 12 to distribute next distribution-ordered medical information, and receives a pre-fetched distribution.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】診療効率が向上するように携帯端末に医療情報を先読み配信できるようにした医療情報配信システム及び制御方法並びにプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】携帯端末11は、配信サーバ12に医療情報の配信を要求する際に、患者IDと、診察や検査などの予約種別を含む配信開始要求を送信する。配信サーバ12は、患者IDまたは予約種別に基づき、医用画像、電子カルテ情報、類似症例画像及び診察や検査の予約情報などの複数の医療情報を取得する。配信サーバ12は、予め設定されている医療情報の優先度に基づいて配信順序を決定し、携帯端末11から医療情報の配信が要求されるごとに、決定した配信順序で医療情報を1つずつ携帯端末11に配信する。携帯端末11は、配信サーバ12から配信された医療情報がタッチパネル40に表示された場合に、次の配信順序の医療情報の配信を配信サーバ12に要求して先読み配信を受ける。【選択図】図7
