VASCULAR MARKER FOR RADIATION THERAPY, PLACEMENT SUPPORT METHOD OF VASCULAR MARKER, RADIATION IRRADIATION CONTROL DEVICE USING VASCULAR MARKER AND RADIATION IRRADIATION CONTROL PROGRAM
To provide a vascular marker for radiation therapy, the vascular marker that is deformed in a shape of three-dimensional curved shape and placed after being inserted into a vessel in a linear shape, and serves as a mark for positioning radiation irradiation.SOLUTION: Markers 111, 115, 116 of three-dimensionally curved shapes have shapes in which a difference with the physiological and anatomical shapes appearing in vivo can be identified, even when X-ray fluoroscopy is performed from any three-dimensional direction. Also, the three-dimensionally curved shape has a size where the vascular marker is deformed in a target vessel and can be placed, and is the three-dimensionally curved shape and mass reduced in metal artifacts. Also, the three-dimensionally curved shape is the traversable three-dimensionally curved shape comprising a spherical curved shape, S-shape twisted in an upper formation surface and a lower formation surface, eight-character shape twisted in the upper formation surface and the lower formation surface, spring shape with equal diameter or different diameter, and point symmetry shape of any of those shapes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A【課題】直線形状で脈管に挿入された後、3次元曲線形状に変形して留まり、放射線を照射すべき位置を決めるための目印となる放射線治療用の脈管マーカを提供する。【解決手段】3次元曲線形状のマーカ111、115、116は、3次元のいずれの方向からX線透視した場合も、生体内に出現する生理的、解剖学的形状との違いを識別可能な形状である。また、3次元曲線形状は、脈管マーカが対象の脈管内で変形して留置可能な寸法を有し、金属アーチファクトが少ない3次元曲線形状および質量である。また、3次元曲線形状は、球状の曲線形状、上部形成面と下部形成面とが捻れたS字形状、上部形成面と下部形成面とが捻れた8字形状、径の等しいまたは径の異なるスプリング形状、および、それらの点対称形状のいずれかを含む一筆書きの3次元曲線形状である。【選択図】図1A
