PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally disintegrating tablet containing lanthanum carbonate hydrate in which reduction of elution over time due to storage is suppressed, and a manufacturing method of an orally disintegrating tablet containing lanthanum hydrate as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: An orally disintegrating tablet contains lanthanum carbonate hydrate as an active ingredient, and contains talc by 0.1 mass% or more and less than 6 mass%, and fatty acid and/or fatty acid derivative by 0.05 mass% or more and less than 0.4 mass% as additive agents.
