The present invention provides an upper limb rehabilitation robot which comprises: a base frame wherein a connection support, which is horizontally arranged in one side, is connected and installed to be rotated; a connection shaft unit installed in one side of the connection support to be rotated on an axis; a link unit of which one side is connected and coupled to the connection shaft and the other side is mounted with an upper limb connecting rod to connect an upper limb of a person undergoing rehabilitation; an active driver connected to the connection shaft unit while being installed in one side of the connection support so as to enable the connection shaft unit to be rotated; and a passive driver connected and installed in the connection shaft unit and generating resistant torque against the axial rotation of the connection shaft unit. The upper limb rehabilitation robot installs the connection shaft unit in the connection support of the base frame to be rotated and positions the upper limb of the person undergoing rehabilitation in a state that one side of the link unit is connected and installed in the connection shaft unit, and then performs an exercise.
