The present invention relates to a band for correcting hallux valgus, which comprises: a ring-shaped body portion which is worn on a foot of a user a toe fixing portion which is sewn to the body portion to form a ring toward the sole with respect to the instep and a heel fixing portion which is sewn to the body portion to form a ring toward the heel with respect to the sole, wherein the body portion is sewn using an elastic fabric cut in a single layer or double layers depending on compression strength.
