The fastener comprises: a head part 36 disposed on a proximal end of the fastener； and a shaft 38 connected to the head part, and at least one of the head part and the shaft can contain plural flat faces. A collar 40 can extend around a long shaft of the fastener, and can include a nearest proximity face separated from a nearest proximity face of the fastener, in a long haft direction. The collar can contain plural petal-state parts 48 separated around the long shaft, and each of the plural petal-state parts has a flat face which faces each flat face of plural flat faces of at least one of the head part and the shaft.
