PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corneal endothelial cell photographing device which can improve user friendliness even when a plurality of photographing positions are set in a corneal endothelial cell of a subjected eye to be photographed.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell photographing device 10 comprises a slit light irradiation optical system 34 and a corneal endothelial cell photographing optical system 35. The corneal endothelial cell photographing device comprises: a plurality of fixation points (fc, fi, fo) by which a visual axis of a subjected eye E is fixed to any direction to regulate a photographing position in a corneal endothelial cell S2c of the subjected eye E and a controller 21 which forms each fixation point, and controls operation of the slit light irradiation optical system and the corneal endothelial cell photographing optical system 35. A plurality of the photographing positions (P1, P2, P3, P4) in the corneal endothelial cell S2c are set to be photographed by the corneal endothelial cell photographing optical system 35.
