Each portcleaningdevice can include a cap containing a fluid agent and an applicator material.In someimplementations, at least one of the fluid agent and the applicator materialof a firstport cleaning device of the plurality of port cleaning devices is materiallydifferent thanthe fluid agent and the applicator material contained in the compartment of asecondport cleaning device of the plurality of port cleaning devices. The applicatormaterialmay include a sponge applicator material. The fluid agent may include, but isnotlimited to, alcohol and/or ethylenediamine tetra acetic acid (EDTA).
