The present invention relates to a RFID tag for arrangement on a bottle forblood-derivedproducts, said bottle comprising a main body, the upper end of which comprisesa neck,said bottle being hermetically sealed by a cap arranged in the upper portionof said neck,the upper portion of said cap comprising at least two through-pipes and atleast twostiffening ribs that are each connected to said pipes by one of the respectiveends thereof.Said RFID tag comprises at least two openings shaped to fit each of thethrough-pipes,respectively, of the cap such that said RFID tag is positioned on the uppersurface of thecap and thus overcomes the obstacle of said through-pipes and the respectivestiffeningribs.
