This disclosure relates to a mobile integrated device which is configured to detect an identity of a subject, verify a validity of the detected identity, obtain a temperature data of the subject, obtain an indication of a presence or absence of a predetermined visual symptom data in the subject, and identifying an anomaly situation based on the obtained data. In certain embodiments, the mobile integrated device obtains an image of a body part of the subject and performs one or more machine analysis on the obtained image to ascertain whether the predetermined visual symptom is present in the subject.
