Posture improvement apparatus, system and method. A system for improving attitude may comprise a sensor device, an attitude improvement software program including an attitude improving system interface, and one or more user devices. The sensor device is physically associated with the user and can communicate with the attitude improving software program. The sensor device may comprise one or more sensors for monitoring the user's position and motion. The system may estimate one or more optimum posture maintenance of the user based on data communicated by the sensor device and collected information about the user. The system can monitor the compatibility of the optimum posture maintenance position with the user and display the suitability on the posture improvement system interface.
