PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce workload of a doctor or the like who uses a catheter and reduce manipulation time.SOLUTION: An imaging diagnostic catheter includes: a first lumen into which a guide wire is inserted； and a second lumen into which a guide wire is inserted； and a catheter lumen through which a drive shaft can proceed and retreat. The second lumen is longer than the first lumen and at least one opening is formed between the second lumen and the catheter lumen to communicate the second lumen to the catheter lumen.
