A pacifier type infant medicine feeder comprises a swallow prevention disk (2) connected to the tail portion of a medicine injection pacifier (1). The swallow prevention disk (2) is connected to an injection tube (4) by means of a connecting disk (3). Two rectangular through holes (21) are formed in the swallow prevention disk (2). A stepped surface (22) is disposed on one side surface of each rectangular through hole (21). The medicine injection pacifier (1) the swallow prevention disk (2) the connecting disk (3) and the injection tube (4) are sequentially connected as a whole in a shaft hole insertion connection manner. Two elastic clamping hooks (31) separately fitted to the two rectangular through holes (21) are disposed on the surface where the connecting disk (3) and the swallow prevention disk (2) are in contact and the elastic clamping hooks (31) are clamped on the stepped surfaces (22) of the rectangular through holes (21). A liquid channel runs through from a cavity of the injection tube (4) to the front portion of the medicine injection pacifier (1) and an outlet (11) of the liquid channel is located in the flat surface where the front portion of the medicine injection pacifier (1) is in contact with the tongue of an infant. According to the medicine feeder liquid medicine in the injection tube (4) can be injected into the mouth of the infant while the infant sucks and after the medicine is injected the liquid medicine is injected to the tongue of the infant first so that an accident of choking because the liquid medicine is directly injected into the throat or the trachea of the infant is avoided.
