An articulated hand prosthesis (20) having a metacarpus (21) extending along a metacarpal plane (M-M), a one thumb finger (2) having a proximal phalanx (22) rotatably connected to the metacarpus (21) and an index finger (3) having a proximal phalanx (23) rotatably connected to the metacarpus (21), comprising flexion means (30) suitable for making the index finger (3) rotate around a flexion axis (4) substantially parallel to the metacarpal plane (M-M) adduction means (40) suitable for making the thumb finger (2) rotate around an adduction axis (73) substantially parallel to the metacarpal plane (M-M), and inclined in relation to the flexion axis (4) an electric motor (24) integrated in the prosthesis (20) movement motion transmission means (50) between the electric motor (24) and the flexion (30) and adduction (40) means configured to control in a substantially selective manner said flexion means (30) and said adduction means (40).
