To provide a pharmaceutical preparation that contains liquid pharmaceutical composition having human PTH(1-34)(teriparatide) as an active ingredient and excellent storage stability, and a method for manufacturing the preparation.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical preparation including: a container； and liquid pharmaceutical composition which contains human PTH(1-34), which is filled in the container and consists of amino acid sequence shown in sequence number 1, saccharide and amino acid in water.
