The present invention concerns methods of treating relapsed/resistant non-Hodgkins lymphoma using combination therapy with an anti-CD20 antibody or fragment and an anti-CD74 antibody or fragment. In preferred embodiments, the antibody combination is administered along with at least one other therapeutic agent. The combination is effective to treat indolent NHL that is resistant to or relapsed from at least one therapy for NHL, including but not limited to rituximab resistant NHL. The antibody combination may be administered to human subjects at specific dosages and dosing schedules, that are effective to treat the disease but do not induce a dose-limiting toxicity.La présente invention concerne des méthodes de traitement dun lymphome non Hodgkinien récidivant/résistant au moyen dune polythérapie avec un anticorps ou fragment anti-CD20 et un anticorps ou un fragment anti-CD74. Dans des modes de réalisation préférés, la combinaison danticorps est administrée avec au moins un autre agent thérapeutique. La combinaison est efficace pour traiter le LNH indolent qui est résistant à ou récidivant par rapport à au moins une thérapie contre le LNH, comprenant mais ne se limitant pas au LNH résistant au rituximab. La combinaison danticorps peut être administrée à des sujets humains selon des dosages et des posologies spécifiques, qui sont efficaces pour traiter la maladie mais ne provoquent pas de toxicité limitant la dose.
