PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing advanced functional foods is provided to offer manufacturing method of the advanced functional foods which includes Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg, Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix, sesame seeds, mulberry and honey in a soup or a jam form. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing advanced functional foods comprises the following steps: washing Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg root and Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix root; soaking the washed Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg root and Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix root into used water left over from washing the rice; heating the moisture removed Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg root and Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix root with 150°;C of steam and gelatinizing the same; drying the gelatinized Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg and Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix and pulverizing into 200 meshes; adding 50-100 parts by weight of Polygonum multiflorum Thunberg powder, 30-50 parts by weight of sesame seed and mulberry mixture with a mixing ratio of 1:2, 50-100 parts by weight of honey and 200-300 parts by weight of refined water to 100 parts by weight of Cynanchi Wilfordii Radix powder and stirring the same; and heating the mixture at 60-80°;C for 3-5 hours.본 발명은 적하수오와 백하수오, 참깨, 오디 및 벌꿀을 함유하는 고기능성 식품을 수프나 잼 또는 음료 형태로 제조함을 목적으로 하며, 보다 구체적으로는 상기 성분들이 갖는 유용한 생리활성작용을 향상시킬 뿐 아니라, 시각 및 미각적인 관능성을 강화한 하수오 등을 이용한 가공식품으로서 남녀노소 누구나 선호할 수 있도록 기호성을 높이고, 복용을 편리하도록 한 하수오 등을 함유하는 기능성 수프나 잼 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 발명이다.
