PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stable the concentration of hydrogen peroxide of a bleaching gel comprising low concentration hydrogen peroxide used for tooth whitening, and to reduce the risk of hyperesthesia and a pain caused by oxidation inflammation against gingiva, by using low concentration hydrogen peroxide gel and shortening the time of whitening by promoting the bleaching reaction.SOLUTION: Low concentration hydrogen peroxide gel can be produced easily and immediately by linking a syringe which holds mixed powder gelatinizing low concentration hydrogen peroxide solution simply and homogeneously with a syringe which holds hydrogen peroxide solution for sterilization, and reciprocating both syringes. The hydrogen peroxide bleaching gel with stable concentration can be obtained, being produced when required. The risk of hyperesthesia and the pain caused by oxidation inflammation against gingiva can be reduced due to low concentration of hydrogen peroxide gel and shortened whitening time by alkalizing powder baking soda or pasty baking soda which is combined with low concentration hydrogen peroxide gel to use and promoting bleaching reaction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯のホワイトニングに使用される低濃度過酸化水素を含む漂白ジェルの過酸化水素の濃度を安定化させる。低濃度の過酸化水素ジェルの使用と、漂白反応の促進によりホワイトニングの時間を短縮し知覚過敏、歯肉に対する酸化炎症による疼痛のリスクを軽減させる。【解決手段】消毒用低濃度過酸化水素水を簡単に均一にゲル化する混合粉体を保有するシリンジと消毒用低濃度過酸化水素水を保有するシリンジを連結し両シリンジの往復運動で低濃度過酸化水素ジェルが即座に簡単に作成できる。必要な時に作成するので安定した濃度の過酸化水素漂白ジェルが得られる。低濃度過酸化水素ジェルと組み合わされ使用される粉末重曹またはペースト状重曹によジェルをアルカリ性にし、漂白反応を促進すること、過酸化水素ジェルが低濃度であることからホワイトニングの時間が短縮され知覚過敏、歯肉に対する酸化炎症による疼痛のリスクを軽減させることが可能である。【選択図】図2
