Inducible HSP70 is overexpressed in a wide spectrum of human tumors and its expression correlates with metastasis and poor outcomes to radiation and chemotherapy in patients. Identification of small molecule inhibitors of HSP70 pose a new therapy to cancer treatment. HS72, a benzimidazole piperidinyl carboxamide has been identified as an allosteric inhibitor for HSP70 and has demonstrated good tumor growth inhibition in vivo.La HSP70 inductible est surexprimée dans une large gamme de tumeurs humaines et son expression est en corrélation avec des métastases et des résultats médiocres suite à la radiothérapie et à la chimiothérapie chez des patients. Lidentification dinhibiteurs à petites molécules de la HSP70 introduit une nouvelle thérapie pour le traitement du cancer. Le HS72, un benzimidazole pipéridinyl carboxamide, a été identifié comme un inhibiteur allostérique de la HSP70 et a révélé une bonne inhibition de la croissance tumorale in vivo.
