Disclosed is a stylus electronic pen wirelessly communicating with a stick combined with a terminal or a laptop computer. The present invention includes: a body part； a PCB part installed in the body part； a display part installed on the outer surface of the body part to receive touch input from a user； a pen tip part installed at the front end of the body part to input information into a terminal； a display part installed on the outer surface of the body part to display information； a wireless communication part embedded in the PCB part to wirelessly communicate with the stick； a control part embedded in the PCB part to transmit touch information of an input part to the stick through the wireless communication part and to display a touch direction of the input part through the display part； and a conductor comprising a plurality of layers inserted into the rear side or inside of the PCB part, and formed to make ground connection between the PCV and the pen tip part.
