A tension wire is applied to the conductive wire (39a, 39b, 39c, 40), which extends from the part 31 along the axis C and has at least one member (307, 313) having a deflection wall 313a. Sometimes, the deflection wall 313a of the strain relief device 300 interrupts the conductive wires (39a, 39b, 39c, 40) by a method in which the deflection wall 313a of the strain relief device 300 disconnects the conductive wires (39a, 39b, 39c, 40). Deflection and deflection wall 313a extends along an axis P that is misaligned with the longitudinal axis C of strain relief 300.
